We are a private pay practice, which allows us to provide the highest quality, personalized care. Payment is due at the time of service. After your appointment, we provide a Superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for any available out-of-network reimbursement.

Good-Faith Cost Estimates

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of services.

•Cost estimates are available upon request.

•A Good Faith Estimate will also be provided as part of the intake process for all new patients.

•This estimate does not include potential insurance reimbursement, which varies by plan.
