Our Services

We are a private pay practice, which allows us to provide the highest quality care. This means that, for each appointment, we ask for payment at the time of service. We then provide you with what is called a Superbill statement, which you are able to submit to your insurance company for any available out-of-network reimbursement benefits.  For further information regarding fees, please contact the office at 847-892-7300 x1.

Good-Faith Cost Estimates: cost estimates are available for all patients, including uninsured and self-pay patients.

    Evaluations for psychopharmacologic intervention – 60 minutes

    Ongoing psychopharmacologic management – 25-minute medication visits

    Evaluations for psychodynamic psychotherapy and ongoing psychotherapy (psychiatrist only) - 50-minute psychotherapy visits

  • Psychotherapy

    Description Initial evaluations for psychotherapy – 60 minutes

    Ongoing psychotherapy – 45 or 60-minute sessions

    Family therapy and parent coaching – 60-minute sessions
